HOW CAN YOU RECYCLE YOUR CAPSULES?

We are committed to providing high quality coffee with responsibility. Together we can minimize our impact on the environment, thus we make the recycling process as simple as possible.
By placing recycling capsules in your daily routine, you will not only enjoy the good taste of Nespresso coffee. You will also feel beautiful. How?

1. RECYCLING AT HOME

Request the collection of your used capsules, at the time of delivery.

• 1. a. Collect and place your used capsules in the Nespresso recycling bag.
  1. b. Place your next order and choose Recycling on the time slot page.
  1. c. Deliver the enclosed recycling bag to the courier who brings your order.
  1. d. Keep the new Nespresso recycling bag you will receive in your order to use it for your next recycling. Alternatively, you can take one from your nearest Nespresso Boutique.

2. OTHER RECYCLING POINTS

Alternatively, you can bring your used capsules in a Nespresso Boutique. Find your nearest Nespresso Boutique here.

Nespresso Standard Delivery

Receive your order with Standard Delivery* within 2-3 business days when purchasing 50 capsules, or 6 sleeves of Vertuo Carafe capsules, Nespresso Machine or accessories.
- Place your order through the Nespresso website or by telephone on 0800 253 253 (toll-free number) or +381 11 44 12 965
- Minimum coffee order quantity is set to 50 capsules, or 6 sleeves of Vertuo Carafe capsules, for packaging reasons.
- Delivery is free when ordering 150 or more capsules or a coffee machine or Aeroccino.

Express delivery

The new service “Same day delivery” means that orders created until 13:00 h you can expect at your address the very same day (after 3 pm)  

Please check on the map below if you are eligible for the Same day delivery.

Orders created after 13:00h will be delivered the next workday.

The price of the Same day delivery is standard and does not include any additional expenses.
