Il CAFFÈ

Il Caffè takes you right to the heart of the classic Italian coffee experience We land that punchy combination of smooth, velvety taste and roasty cereal aromas by blending two powerful tasting Vietnamese and Indian Robustas with a  little Colombian Arabica. We split roast the coffees to give the Robustas a darker roast. A lighter but slightly longer roast of the Colombian Arabica beans keeps the acidity intact and develops a hint of a nutty note Il Caffè goes down like  a dream, its classic aroma promises to delight, and its familiar flavour is one to remember. We crafted Il Caffè to be your traditional black coffee experience, but if you want to soften this one’s intensity, why not add milk to make a  Cappuccino?

Il Caffè takes you right to the heart of the classic Italian espresso experience. A punchy combination of smooth, velvety taste and roasty cereal aromas.

ROASTING PROCESS 
The Robustas get a darker roast than the Arabicas, although both are still exceptionally dark. A darker but medium length roast is what builds the intensity and boldness in these Robustas giving them a long lasting taste. Going a little lighter but a little longer on the Arabicas roast is what keeps the touch of acidity and a slight nutty note.

AROMATIC PROFILE 
One sip of Il Caffè offers your palate the complete Italian coffee experience. It’s an intense coffee, beautifully complex in its roasted and cereal notes, and with a smooth and velvety texture. Hints of woody and cocoa aromas add to this classic coffee’s rich character Its lingering aftertaste makes this a coffee to remember.
